Doctor, Doctor, Does My Feet Taste Good?

Wow! How about this? A foot spa of fishes in the middle of the pet shops in Tiendesitas (Pasig City). Wanna try?

Nope, the name of the shop is not Dr. Fish Spa Therapy
but it's ME AND MY CUDDLE SPA.

It says: "The most interesting way to exfoliate your skin and pamper your body,

leaving your skin healthy and glowing!"

Dr. Fishes in their glass tank. The staff said these Garra Ruffa fishes used to be plenty, don't know what really happened. Maybe some died of over-eating or intoxication from some people's unpleasant feet, hahaha! Hey don't worry, they said the owner will replenish the tanks with more healthier fishes soon.

The place is very neat and elegant, with a majestic velvety motif. They have ample space for every type of service. Surprising the place looks too small from the outside, great floor planning. Nice!

The seats for foot service are all very fresh and cushy! Fit for a king (and queen)!

And look at Ahlie's blissful corner. Soaking her feet before the scrubbing and massage session. Once seated on those purple thrones all you got to do is to sit back and relax, read some magazines or sleep. Just be sure you don't snore much or just keep your mouth closed before something starts dripping hehehe. Kidding aside, it is really difficult not to fall asleep once those professional foot therapists starts working on you.

Can he pass for a "King Neptune" role? Hahaha! Now these tall cushioned seats are a bit different. It might not be as comfy as the other type but this spot is so amusing. Just imagine sitting there while watching those tiny fishes feed on your feet

We came in pretty late already, almost closing time. The fishes this time were a bit lazy already and full (with other people's dead skin?). There were not much action happened on my feet this time.

The very friendly staff of Me And My Cuddle Spa (Dr. Fish Spa) all anxiously seated on the floor before the fish tank trying to make their fishes do their thing. Well, err, I don't know if they really know what they are doing. They should get pompoms and start cheering for the fishes to get some spark!

Finally, there were some who tasted me, and gosh! It was really tickling! The sucking of the fishes gives you a tiny electric sensation like experience. They said it was the therapeutic effect (is that true?). Well, I guess we still need to come back next time to really see how it feels when there are more fishes in the tank, it's still early and that the fishes are very hungry and active.

As far as this pretty lady is concerned she got no problem. She had a blast with her foot therapist, superb! We can say they are at par with the foot therapists in Foot For The Gods in SM Megamall.

After the great foot spa experience we bought some food stuff for the kids at SM Hypermart just across the street, afterwhich we decided to munch a little at Ahlie's newest favorite pastry shop -Icing's.

Icing's Pastry Shop are selling fabulous looking and fabulous sounding cakes and pastries. They also have a cafe that serves panini, pasta, entree and different flavors of coffee.
